Return Policy

Our Returns Policy allows for returns up to 30 days from the original purchase date. A return label/handling fee will be taken out of the total refund amount for all returns.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged; All Sale Items (Markdowns and Sale Promotions with code) , Limited releases, socks, under garments, publications, and collaborations.
Returned products cannot be worn, altered, or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags and packaging. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
Items sent back without a return authorization, and any merchandise returned that does not meet our requirements, will be denied. (Example: Footwear returned with damage to the shoebox, or without a box, will be returned to the customer.)

Returns Eligibility:

You can return most items purchased on our website within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Customized or personalized items are generally not eligible for return unless faulty.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact us at us.ditrose@163.com or through our customer support channels to obtain a return authorization number. Once you have received your return authorization number, you can ship the item back to us using a traceable shipping method. Please include your return authorization number in the package.

Refunds & Exchanges:

Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original payment, and exchanges will be shipped out as soon as possible. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exceptions:

Certain items, such as digital products or items on sale, may have different return policies. Please refer to the product page or contact us for specific return instructions for these items.
